Well to tell you the truth, I did not set alot of expectations when I went to watch this movie with my friend Saurabh. I was sure this is not a big hit and would be just another boring drama. As the movie started I was bang on target and started wondering, “do i really have so much time?”.
The initial hour is so much predictable – and it just brings out the memories of our own Rajnikanth with all those action sequences and one liners. It was really strange that the audience was laughing out loud on all the one liners. (yes strangely it was almost house full). Ayesha Takia looks hot! though she does try to come out of her simple and shy looking gurl. I still prefer her in Socha Na Tha.
I did find some of them funny but people looked like enjoying and laughing their hearts out! hmmm… now I am wondering what were they laughing on?
Moving on with the post-interval… the story gets a little more serious and and entertaining too. I find the second half perfectly scripted and directed. Good action, good drama and good not-to-be-disclosed story line.
Overall the movie has alot of Rib Tickling Laughters, Amazing fighting Sequences, Shockers at times, with little bit of Typical South Indian Masala.
I would definately rate this 3.5/5
